Ban Farnborough woman, and KC reg Margaret Peacock from owning/breeding ANY pets FOR LIFE

Farnborough woman, Margaret Peacock, 63 has just been found guilty of murdering 9 new born Border Collie puppies. The courts found her guilty but she wasn't banned from keeping dogs and is still able to breed as a Kennel Club registered breeder!
She tried to justify her actions because she thought the puppies would have 'genetic mutations because their parents had been sister and brother' despite her veterinary surgeon suggesting they looked absolutely fine so refused to euthanise them!
Margaret Peacock stuffed eight of the puppies in a bag and forced them in to her freezer whilst still alive whilst the ninth puppy was beaten to death with a tin opener. She then took the eight frozen puppies to her local vet and blaimed them for her actions as she said they gave her no choice!
Margaret has apparently been a dog breeder since she was 17 and is registered with the Kennel Club. The courts have found her guilty and sentenced her to two 12 weeks prison sentences but suspended for 12 months and a £750 fine. They DID NOT ban her from owning or breeding further animals as they said she has a good history!
Is this really the kind of breeder you'd be happy buying your precious new puppy from?
Please sign this petition to call for the Kennel Club to ban her from remaining as a registered breeder and revoke previous medals and titles won in breeding and showing. This crime should not continue to go unpunished!
I think her court punishment is laughable, she should be banned from owning and breeding any animals for life! I call for Magistrate Dr Susan Dadlani to review and change the sentence to a lifetime ban of owning or breeding all animals and to remove the poor animals currently in Margaret's 'care'.
