and how the international community can address this problem
through global governance. Outlining existing counter-space
capabilities could establish a sound basis for developing effective
measures to address this challenge and prevent dangerous
escalation."

space assets or causes fatalities."

irrespective of the means used."
In light of the continued attacks on U.S. diplomats and spies the threat to international peace and security has never been higher in this domain of war.
We hope to be able to work with the U.N. in 2022 considering that we are the victims of exactly these types of antipersonnel space & cyberweapons.
