PLEASE NOTE: i have modified the petition to reference the entire County of San Diego. Several people I know who live in the County but outside the City of San Diego wanted to sign but felt they could not because of their location. Now you can sign! Besides Kristin Gaspar, who chairs the board of supervisors, I will likely get the petition, once completed, to the entire SD Cty. Board of Supervisors! BTW, did you know that it is illegal within the State of California to declaw any cat OTHER THAN a domestic cat? Large cat vets apparently lean more towards the safety and quality of life of the animal rather than profit.
