Job loss in the UK has reached an all-time high due to AI.

British Standards Institution study across seven countries found quarter of bosses believe entry-level tasks could be automated to reduce costs.

41% of bosses said AI was allowing them to cut the number of employees.

31% said their organisation was looking at AI solutions before considering hiring a person.

39% of leaders said entry-level roles had already been reduced or cut as a result of efficiencies made by using AI tools.

We need more human workers in the world to make decisions that an AI always takes a neutral stance on.

Many companies, like Change.org, include a feature for an AI generated petition which defeats the purpose of getting your own views out into the world and hurts this generations creativity.

I, myself, hate seeing videos of people doing a job interview and being met with an AI person and AI voice who makes mistakes all the time, not being unable to understand some people or just repeating the same questions and also asking very weird questions unrelated to the job. This issue is mainly why I stated this petition, as AI is not only taking jobs away from humans, but also preventing them to get a job that is not yet being taken over while the interviewing process has been.
