Ban Christina “Toni”Carrillo from Disneyland
The Issue
Petition to Disneyland Resort: Address Repeated Harassment of Cast Members
We are asking Disneyland Resort to take action regarding repeated and inappropriate behavior by a guest toward the Cast Member portraying Peter Pan.
The guest, Christina Toni Carrillo, who uses the name “babytoni99” on TikTok and Instagram, has repeatedly sought out the same Cast Member, initiated unwanted physical contact including hugging and attempts to kiss him, and continued pursuing interactions with him across multiple visits. This is not simply enthusiastic character interaction. Repeatedly pursuing a specific Cast Member and engaging in unwanted physical contact crosses a line.
Disneyland’s own guest policies ask visitors to treat Cast Members with respect and prohibit unsafe, disruptive, or offensive behavior. Disney also reserves the right to remove guests or deny admission when necessary to maintain safety, security, and order.
Cast Members are employees doing their jobs. They should not be expected to tolerate unwanted touching, kissing, or repeated romantic advances simply because they are portraying a beloved character.
There is also a broader concern about consistency. If a male guest repeatedly pursued a female character performer, attempted to kiss her, and repeatedly sought her out after multiple encounters, many people would immediately recognize that behavior as inappropriate. The same standard should apply regardless of the genders of the guest or Cast Member involved.
We are not asking Disneyland to police harmless enthusiasm or prevent guests from enjoying character interactions. We are asking Disney to apply its existing standards consistently when a guest repeatedly crosses physical and personal boundaries with a Cast Member.
We respectfully ask Disneyland Resort to:
• Investigate the documented incidents involving this guest and the Peter Pan Cast Member.
• Review available video and other evidence of the repeated behavior.
• Speak with the affected Cast Member and determine whether they feel safe and comfortable with continued interactions.
• Take appropriate action under Disneyland’s existing guest conduct policies, up to and including removal from the parks or a ban from Disneyland Resort if warranted.
Cast Members deserve the same basic respect and bodily autonomy as anyone else. Character performers should never have to endure unwanted physical contact or repeated romantic advances as a condition of doing their job.
We ask Disneyland Resort to take this concern seriously and ensure that its standards of safety, respect, and appropriate conduct are applied consistently to every guest.
