I was looking for pets and came across the chinchilla, a helpless, adorable, fuzzy sweetheart. They instantly caught my heart. I did some more research and came across a heartbreaking discovery. Chinchillas are not just pets but, coats, purses, rugs, socks, blankets and many other "accessories" for humans. This discovery took me by shock and completely destroyed me. I was furious that these beautiful, innocent creatures are being slaughter for their fur. Not to mention they are killed in the most painful ways like "electrocution, neck breaking, and suffition" states Animal Ethics. These animals also experience terrible treatment at fur farms. Fur farms are filled with cages and the animal they are skinning are put in the small cages. They often experience bad weather conditions and are stressed in the crapped spaces they get.
