In the virtual world of Roblox, fair play and equitable gaming experiences are what we expect. However, my encounter with Central Kansas Roleplay has been nothing short of disappointing. I was playing with my friend, Dreative, who was abruptly banned for stealing a car in the game—a car we didn't know belonged to a staff member, especially since it appeared to be a regular vehicle. To our surprise, the rules seemed arbitrary, with staff members exempt from usual protocols. What exacerbates the situation is the issue with car brands. Central Kansas Roleplay has taken to banning certain brands like Ford and BMW without the companies’ explicit consent. It seems they reintroduced Ford with restrictions and extended bans to other German car brands, claiming they had consent when clearly they didn’t. This was done by altering car logos to avoid accountability, a practice both deceptive and disrespectful to the developers and players alike. Further disheartening is the mismanagement of law enforcement within the game. The police, supposed to uphold order, instead disrupt gameplay by killing players without just cause. The lack of oversight of officers who must actively apply and are approved for their roles leads to unchecked chaos, rather than roleplay enriched by structure and fairness. This petition addresses the developers and platform regulators of Roblox to take immediate action against Central Kansas Roleplay. We demand a permanent ban to halt these deceptive practices, protect reputable car brands' integrity, and prevent the abuse of game mechanics. This step is crucial to ensuring a fair, enjoyable, and ethical gaming environment for all.
