Recently, a mass of people started to find out the word is offensive. So we will all stand with the BOW (Ban Offensive Words) organization to have the word "Job" prohibited globally. Stand with bow and we stand proud.

Unemployed people are targeted by this, and are seen as minorities. To change this, we will make it our goal to get the word listed as a slur by the ADL (Anti-Defamation League) and the Racial Slur Database.

If things stay the same, the unemployed will be oppressed more, which will cause issues with society. NOW is the time to act. Not tomorrow, not in five minutes, NOW.
