We are calling on TikTok and Snapchat to permanently ban user Brianna Olsen, whose repeated and disturbing actions have violated community guidelines, endangered a minor, and undermined online safety for everyone. Brianna has already been banned from both Tik Tok and Snapchat, and creates new accounts or uses her boyfriend, Santos’s accounts to evade the bans she receives. 

Brianna's most recent actions include using the name and mugshot of an individual serving a prison sentence for sexual assault, kidnapping, and other charges. She has created a tik tok account with the name Daniel Fernandez, and has continuously used this account to harass, torment and bully the victim and mother of the victim. Brianna does not see anything wrong with these actions, commenting towards the victims mother “does your daughter miss me” this behaviour has crossed a line and it cannot be tolerated. 

Brianna Olsen has demonstrated a long pattern of behavior that clearly violates both platforms’ rules regarding child safety, harassment, and sexually suggestive content. Among the many documented concerns, allegedly she has done the following: 

1. Posting her young son online wearing only a diaper, and using these posts to gain views, attention, and profit.

2. Allegedly made concerning comments on livestreams, including discussions about giving her son a bath or showing his feet while broadcasting to large audiences.

 3. Promoting adult content (including her OnlyFans link) on the same public accounts where she features her minor child.

4. Using TikTok Live to threaten and verbally attack her child’s father, including direct threats of violence and retaliation.

5. Publicly joking about kidnapping her child again, despite existing court orders intended to protect the child’s safety.

6. Using social media as a weapon to target, harass, and defame individuals. 

These actions are not isolated they show a clear disregard for platform safety policies, court orders, and the well-being of a minor child. Both TikTok and Snapchat explicitly prohibit: Sexualized or exploitative content involving minors. Harassment and targeted abuse. The promotion of adult content on accounts featuring minors.

By allowing Brianna Olsen’s content to remain online, these companies are failing to enforce their own rules and putting a vulnerable child at continued risk. Brianna Olsen needs to be held accountable for her ongoing violations and the harm her content causes. She has ignored bans, created new accounts, and continues to exploit her child and threaten others online. TikTok and Snapchat must act now  permanent removal is the only way to stop her from using their platforms to endanger a child and harass others. Enough is enough  it’s time these companies enforce their rules and protect the people who rely on them for safety
