As a Death Battle fan, I love a good who would win scenario. The research done, the representation, everything about Death Battle shows is true and (Fairly) trustworthy in every way. 

But this might change for the worse sadly, if they do a Match Up that has no real back bone to support it's "Legitimacy". And that Match-Up, is Bill Cipher (Gravity Falls) vs Uncle Grandpa (Danganronpa).

 

This fight may not sound as much as the cancer that it is at first glance. But once you see the research why it doesn't work, you may begin to see why this Match Up is a problem.

Now at this point, many "Real Fans" will try and argue that I'm wrong or whatever, and it "can work". I say, "Sit down and listen to yourself, then listen to what I have to say. After that, think whatever you want.

And with that, I'll explain now why this fight hardly even works.

The comparison in strength, speed, etc., is no contest whatsoever. Because Uncle Grandpa takes it by a landslide (Due to far more proof in UG lore that he can do just about anything he wants). You could argue this for Bill, but even he has his limits, and doesn't have a lot to work with research-wise when compared to Uncle Grandpa.
 Their personalities hardly mesh well together. Despite how much he seems to troll with his prey, Bill is actually very serious when it comes to his goal. Uncle Grandpa only did what he did (Back when he wasn't everyone's Uncle and Grandpa) because he wanted what he calls fun (And it's not like him being Bill's Uncle and Grandpa would wanna make him crush Bill either).
The fight potential is flat out bland. Some may argue here that having the creepy chaos of Bill, and the Cartoony version from Uncle Grandpa could be fun, but that's almost like saying a gun vs a sword has so much you can do. It's far to simple of a dynamic.
Theme isn't even that interesting, and can be applied to any other MU just as easily.

Of course I'm not saying these two gentlemen should never show up in Death Battle, far from it actually. I'm simply saying that there are far better options for both, and there are a lot of Death Battle fans out there who can agree on that (Whether we want the same Match Up or not). Driving the point further (by putting it in layman's terms), there's more actually good Match Ups to pick from. Hell, you can even think of a few yourself that likely hasn't been thought of yet.

 

In conclusion, Bill vs Uncle Grandpa isn't the best Match Up that Death Battle can do. It'll never truly rep both characters the best in any way/shape/form. But with this petition, we can prevent this Match Up from happening and give both Bill and Uncle Grandpa better Match Ups to fight against.
