Petition to ban people fishing on Greenhills dog beach during ‘Off Lead’ hours. 

This has become dangerous for dogs, children and owners with fishermen not securing their bait, hooks and bags. 

This beach is open for off leash dog play between 8-10am and 4-6pm daily, during this time fishing needs to be banned to make it safer with less potential for dogs to end up with fish hook injuries. 

There are more and more people fishing in this beach everyday, this needs to be stopped during dog hours.

As it’s a very long stretch of beach there are plenty of other areas to fish from where dogs don’t go.
