The Eurovision Song Contest of 2022 has come to an end. Once again, weird patterns in the votes towards Azerbaijan have been detected and for the first time in history, the EBU has canceled the votes from the juries of 6 countries (Azerbaijan included)!

Azerbaijan took part in this year's contest with the song Fade To Black by Nadir Rustamli. They were a borderline qualifier (10th) of the 2nd Semi-Final, however, they get null points from the public vote.  It's the first time in history that a song qualifies for the Grand Final of Eurovision with zero points from the public, and this happened because of the high jury points Azerbaijan got. At first glance, there is nothing suspicious about it. However, knowing the past actions of Azerbaijan and the confirmation of the EBU has made things clear. Azerbaijan has bribed the juries of certain countries to get high points (even the maximum 12 points) from them. For example, 4 of the 5 Greek jurors gave Azerbaijan their 12p, while putting Armenia almost last (Azerbaijan's war enemy). This action is extremely suspicious, there is no question about it.

This is just one of the many felonies Azerbaijan has made. Some other serious criminal actions they have made throughout the years are:

1) Buying SIM cards and giving them to Azeris from abroad to vote for Azerbaijan (televote rigging)

2) Bribing juries (it happened this year, too)

3) The Azeri commentators speaking over the Armenian/Israeli performances

4) Homophobic comments from the commentators in a contest that fully supports the LGBT+ community

5) Interrogating and arresting Azeri citizens that voted for Armenia in 2009!!!

6) The Azeri juries putting Armenia year after year last in ranking

7) Azerbaijan's representant Efendi posting hate speech and discrimination on social media against Armenians

Eurovision is a contest that promotes peace and unity. Countries like Azerbaijan, which support hate, discrimination, and play dirty by bribing and rigging the voting process do NOT belong to Eurovision!

Sign this petition to stop the EBU from turning a blind eye to this situation and finally ban Azerbaijan from participating in Eurovision until they are able to compete in the contest fair and square.
