It was in those moments that I realized that these sentient creatures, so often relegated to the role of mere entertainment, had lives far removed from the pleasure ride fantasies they unwittingly promoted.

In many parts of the world, including popular tourist destinations, animals are used for pleasure rides that exploit their strength and endurance, often at the expense of their well-being. These animals are sometimes made to work long hours, carrying people under the sun's relentless glare without appropriate shelter, rest, or veterinary care.
