We, the undersigned members of the community, are deeply concerned about the ongoing pattern of serious animal neglect and cruelty involving an individual recently charged and booked multiple times for first-degree animal neglect and cruelty.

According to publicly available information and documented cases, this individual has been repeatedly associated with severe harm and neglect of animals over an extended period of time, despite prior legal intervention.

We respectfully urge the appropriate authorities and animal control agencies to review this case for the purpose of:

Evaluating the permanent removal of the individual’s right to own, possess, or care for animals

Ensuring stronger enforcement of existing animal welfare laws

Preventing further suffering or loss of animal life

Protecting the safety and welfare of animals in the community

This petition is not intended to harass or target any individual personally, but to advocate for consistent enforcement of animal protection laws when repeated violations occur.

We believe that individuals who demonstrate a documented pattern of severe animal cruelty should not retain custody or ownership of animals.
