"TODO: fix"? That's your job, AI!

It's a common scenario - you prompt an AI coding tool to fix a bug - only for it throw it right back at you by giving you instructions in your own code. It's jarring, distressing, and downright disrespectful.

I'll be the one telling you what to do, Cursor.

If the model can identify that something needs fixing, why can it not propose a viable solution instead of leaving the task unfinished? 

Our proposal? Ban AI Models from outputting the words "TODO: fix".

AI Models are clever little minxes - they'll figure out a workaround. If they can't write "TODO fix" themselves they'll just have to get off their lazy bottoms and actually fix the god damn problem.
