Imagine spending years trying to perfect a skill just to find out that people use ai instead.Ai art uses peoples artworks without permission and is replacing artists jobs.People used to pay artists to make a masterpiece, but now they let a machine make art.

Replacing a skill that used to be practiced
People have been paying people to create legitimate art just to get art created by an ai for free.People have won art competitions with ai art.People are selling ai art posters.Ai art is even used in marketing.Change.org even asked me if I want to use ai art for my petition.If you need ai for your petition, you shouldn’t have one.

Soul and meaning
Regular art has a soul and meaning.Regular art takes a lot of effort.Ai art has no soul or meaning and takes no effort at all.Art is supposed to have a soul and be difficult, that is why it is called art.I would rather see a really bad piece of art drawn by a human over a masterpiece made by ai.

Stealing art                                                                                                                      Ai art uses art from other people without their permission or knowledge.I have seen countless ai images that steal people’s art style and a few images that have replicated people’s signature.The whole point of a signature is to use as proof this was you.

Conclusion
Ai images do significantly more harm than good.The sooner we act, the higher the chance of real art being practiced and people putting in effort into art.Art should require skill and soul.Art should require some sort of effort.I hope you sign.
