Adaryll Christie, who resides in the United Kingdom and owner of Brixton Cake shop, is threatening to sue me for defending my daughter against him bullying her on social media. He has also created a fraudulent GoFundMe campaign under the pretense that he needs assistance with legal fees, whilst begging for his followers to contribute. Christie was recently granted re-entry into the United States, after he was banned for approximately ten years for defrauding the U.S Government, His ban was lifted in 2024, and since then Christie HAS RELENTLESSLY TROLLED ME AND MY CHILDREN by using social media platforms such as YouTube and Facebook. Christie also made a number of false allegations against UK immigration, claiming they showed him letters with my name that I wrote in to them, attempting to stop his entry into the United States, this is false. In my possession are multiple videos and status updates of Christie partaking beneath numerous Facebook-lives gifting monetary donations to cyberbully me and my children. His bullying of me and my business has been occurring since February 2021.  One of the key bloggers on his payroll resides in Curacao. This individually constantly harasses my phone and recently made contact with my landlord with false allegations in their attempt to get me evicted. Christie then posted a video to YouTube flashing money in mockery, asking if I needed any assistance with finding a place to live. Christie has also used his sexually orientation as an excuse to get ahead with his many delusion storylines.

Below is a copy a letter I wrote to notify immigration officials of his disgusting social media behavior towards my daughter. I should also add there are other female victims of his as well, who are ready to add their complaint about his very derogatory, threatening behavior towards them and their children on social media.

My name is Marian Walters, and I am a parent of a child with cancer. My daughter’s name is****!
She is a single parent of two beautiful girls, who are between the ages of five and two years old.
I am writing this letter to express my fear and disappointment regarding someone who has displayed very abusive behavior online, towards me and my daughter. This person was recently granted a visiting Visa to the United States after a 16-year ban. His name *Adaryll Christie, born July 1975.
I am a Baker by profession, and my products dominate the Jamaican market. He too is a baker and my heavy presence on social media has somehow triggered malice from his end because I am new in the business.
Over the past two years, Christie has expressed his dislike for me and my products via multiple social media posts, due to the fear of competition.
On August 16, 2023, my attention was drawn to a post made by Christie on Facebook. That post was about my daughter’s personal journey with cancer. As a result of him reposting my daughter’s original Facebook post, this caused massive negative attention towards my daughter’s illness. One of which was heavy trolling and cyber bullying along with constant multiple blog posts from associates of his, wishing my daughter dead, throughout her journey. It was excruciating to watch my daughter’s illness mocked, jeered at and the subject of many topics.
Even though she made the original post for her friends, he used her illness as a platform to gain social media influence and followers. These followers then appeared on my daughter’s Facebook page wishing her dead through various comments and harassing messages.
His actions have led to my daughter fighting a battle on two fronts. First, her courageous battle against this deteriorating disease, and this man’s followers who constantly wished her dead. His actions were further exacerbated by his followers who continuously donated monetary funds for any content about my daughter. He soon realized this and crossed more boundaries by making tasteless referrals to me and my grandchildren; the very children of my daughter who is fighting this illness.
When Christie was asked to publicly apologize for his despicable and alarming behaving, he responded via a Facebook- live video full of insults, threats, and disparaging comments, geared towards myself and daughter.
On August 17, 2023, the matter was reported to UK Law Enforcement. Who promised that he would be warned about the issue.
Christe visiting the United States has made more fearful of him because of our history. It hurts to watch him constantly gloat about his visit, while showing no accountability or remorse for what he has done.
Christie is not a person of good character, and with the vetting process of obtaining a visa, I am shocked and disappointed that someone of his character could be granted a visitors’ visa. I asked that your department investigate him and take whatever actions deemed necessary in protecting me and my daughter who are both citizens of the United States.
