I am very grateful to all of my supporters as well as the recent good folks who signed my petition to obtain justice for Joseph. My goal is 25,000 signatures and I still need about 2000 more. Everyone of you remain in my heart and I continue to fight for justice for my son and be his voice.

The uploaded photo shows the drag mark behind my son’s right foot. Please know, that the company owner got inside the yellow crime scene tape while the police were there and he tried to disturb the crime scene. Disturbing a crime scene is a felony and this man should be arrested. There is so much corruption surrounding the murder of my son and, we must obtain a grand jury so all the evidence is presented before them. The medical examiners remain ready to go to trial and the prosecutor, scott shellenberger, has intentionally committed perjury, obstruction of justice, and he is actually altering the crime scene photographs as to what actually happened to my child. This is fraud. This man should be  interrogated and held accountable for his criminal actions. I appreciate all of your support and believe in my heart. We will obtain justice for Joseph.
