The Prosecutor’s duty and job is to know and review the facts, science and evidence in a case of homicide. All of the evidence exists and the Medical Examiners (all fourteen) agree that my son’s death is a homicide by an assault. They are ready to present in court.

But the Baltimore County Prosecutor continues to reject the expert conclusion by all of the medical examiners and he tells us that a homicide by an assault is not a crime.

We all know that this is outrageous, untrue, unprecedented and he is in violation of his oath of office.

 Please stand up with me and sign my petition for Joseph’s case to be reopened, reviewed by a grand jury and processed for what it is......

Scott Shellenberger can do this and he must. He cannot continue to hide and distort the proven facts of my son’s brutal murder.
