At Ballard High School we don’t have many options for Winter Athletics. For Fall and Spring athletes this would be a perfect opportunity for the offseason as wrestling helps male and female athletes stay in good shape.  Wrestling helps with developing overall strength in the core, shoulders and legs as well as endurance.  This is exactly what we need to stay competitive. A wrestling team at Ballard is long over due and it’s time we get one.
