Dr. Moore has to be removed from her position at Foley Elementary School. She is destroying the relationships between the  parents, teachers, and the faculty. Dozens of parents have been mistreated, ignored, and neglected by her. She refuses to change students classes NO MATTER the circumstances. She ignores all complaints, concerns, or suggestions from the parents and teachers. Her complete lack of communication is insulating. Dr Moore is incapable of being the Foley Elementary School principal due to her "god complex" and careless attitude. She brags about "never switching a child's teacher in all her working years". All she cares about is her own self and not what's best for the students or the parents. She has taken away so many good programs from Foley Elementary School like The Early Bird Program and according to many faculty, she is not using the grants money properly. Teachers fear their jobs and parents fear for their children's safety under the hand and authority of this principal. 

We as parents have to stand together and fight for what is right for our children. We can not let her intimidate us into being quiet. She has to be stopped. Please help our elementary school get back to how it used to be before she came here messing things up. Please sign this petition to be a voice for our children. Dr. Moore needs to be investigated and all of the parents and teachers need to be honest about how she treats everyone.  Here is my story below:

Foley Elementary School has totally neglected my son!! He was hospitalized for 6 days, and now Dr Moore refuses to handle the situation properly. I will be contacting the news and will be seeing what my rights are with an attorney. Stetson told his teacher Mrs. Maynord four times over a 2 hours span that he was sick and needed to go to the nurse and his teacher told him to "sit down and that he was fine" and "he just wanted to go home." He was hypothermic and hospitalized the next morning because of how sick he was. He had a fever in the nurse's office at the school. He had to wait two hours when he got to PE so he could tell the coach he was sick. The coach sent him to the nurse's office and the nurse sent Stetson home.

Then another incident happened where she refused to send him to the bathroom and Stetson peed on himself in class. This teacher Mrs.Maynord forced him to sit next to and play with a child who had been bullying him all school year, and yelled in his face "it doesn't matter what your mom said you have to sit next to him!" I have kept all of this off of social media, I have taken every step to fix the situation. I spoke to the teacher, the counselor, to Dr Moore the principal, and to the Superintendent Assistant. All I requested was for Stetson to be transferred to a different teacher who had a different teaching style, who did not ignore and neglect his needs and concerns. All of these teachers have cliqued together and refused to transfer his class. Dr. Moore, the principal has taken this personally since she is the one who chose Mrs. Maynord to take Mrs Shivers place. (Stetsons original teacher) It's okay for Dr. Moore to rip Stetsons teacher from him who he had at the beginning of the school year Mrs. Shiver, and replace her with an old retired teacher who is mean to him, but yet Dr Moore will not transfer him into a different teachers class because her personal feelings are involved. This is absurd! I am contacting Fox 10 news and WKRG about this. Something has to be done about our children being forced to hold their bladder and urinating on themselves in class! Stetson was totally ignored when he was deathly ill! And instead of them doing what is right for my child, all they care about is their personal perogative! The counselor Mrs. Searsley even told me she did not agree with Dr Moore's decision not to switch Stetsons teacher. She told me that she was going to email Dr Moore to let her know that a teacher switch was in the best interest for Stetson. The counselor Leslie Searsley then joked on the phone with me that if I told anyone what she said about Dr. Moore she would lie and "tell everyone that I was an intravenous drug addict, who shoots crack up through an IV" and then she laughed and said "don't worry, we'll take care of this." Mrs. Lee who I have known for years, who has taught two of my children, whom we absolutely love, has even been a completely different person to us in this situation because of her fear of Dr. Moore. Mrs. Lee told me yesterday at carpool line to keep trying my hardest to switch his class so she could have him in her class. But yet this morning she said something completely different because she was in front of Doctor Moore. She requested that I not message her anymore, when she's the one who sought me out. She told me she "would love to have Stetson in her class" yesterday, but then today was so rude to me.

This world has gotten so evil towards our children. I am heartbroken and mind blown that these teachers did this to our family after 9 years of being in the Foley Public School district. The Baldwin County Board of Education superintendent assistant Mrs. Hope should be ashamed of herself. She told me on the phone yesterday that she was going to have Stetson teacher switched. Even if it wasn't going to be mrs. Lee for his new teacher, she would make sure that she switched his teacher. she told me on the phone this morning the reason why they're not switching his class is because I did not like a teacher in the past and switched my child's class. That is a bald-faced lie! I have NEVER in all of the 9 years that my kids have went to Foley ever switched their teachers. I asked the superintendent assistant hope, to please tell me the child, the teacher, and the year that I supposedly switched one of my kids teachers. SAhe couldn't answer me and had no idea who it was. Because it never happened! And regardless even if I did switch a teacher in the past years, that is irrelevant to the fact that Stetson was neglected by his present teacher. My heart hurts for my son. This is Injustice. Something has to be done about our children being forced to hold their bladders, to the point they are using the bathroom on themselves! I feel awful for any Foley Elementary parent who has to deal with these women. Especially Dr. Moore. I have talked to multiple parents who all agree she is impossible to deal with. She is only out for the best interests of her self, instead of the best interest and safety of the children at Foley Elementary School.
