The hard workers of Australia have had the compensation system change so much that it is now useless. Workers who have chronic health conditions are left penniless and in a disparate situation. The System needs urgent help. 220000 stopped claims effected by our government. Hundreds are now deceased because of this disgusting betrayal. There contracts stopped for no good reason except proffit over survival of the people they swore to serve.  $4.1 billion in the RED in 2012. Today over $14 billion in the BLACK. Well done Ministers. For my-self contracted compensation till 65 and terminated at 54 left me penniless, no means, desperate and depressed. Thankfully not finished yet as God be with me. However struggling heaps. With 30%+ incapacition. No financial assistance, No ongoing medical treatment, much needed. Two heart attack, two knees replaced. Diabetic 2 and now this dreaded disease in my spine caused solely by all the drama, turmoil and stress of the past years. Spinal injuries from top to bottom in mining accidents.  Yes I can work a little and do so as much as I am able. Struggling each and every day with constant pain, many different pills a day and pain killers on top. If not for the love from my wife and family I would never be able to continue this incredible survival challenge.   My future is not looking to good, my mobility deteriating at a fast rate and I dread further injury occurring. If I'm to continue I'll need help from the you and the government to reinstate the system that I had.
