Sony Music India & Badshah launched a Song and they have used a part of the Bengali song in the Genda Phool Song. You can find the song below

They have not mentioned and take permission from the original song creator of that Bengali song "Ratan kahar" & even they do not have the morality to use the name of the song creator as the credit for that part.

I simple appeal to SONY MUSIC INDIA and Badshah to give him the credit and some parts of the loyalty to the song creator to Mr. Ratan Kahar.

As a Bengali, I feel it is completely injustice to Mr.Ratan Kahar.

 

Support this petition so It can reach Sony Music India and Badshah and force them to give the credit to the man Ratan kahar and some parts of Loyalty of the song."Genda Phool". Ratan Kahar is poor as we can see him sing the song in the following video Facebook Video
