A Safe Work Environment, for preventing harassment and ensuring that women feel secure in their workplaces. Empowered leadership that brings together different perspectives to create inclusive policies. Lastly, legal equality, for protecting the rights of all individuals, including those who identify as transgender or non-binary, ensuring they receive the respect and dignity they deserve.
