ARF was an inspirational place when FusedTitanium was CO, and he is willing to retake the throne and keep ARF from shutting down while it's under his command. As he has been leading for 6 months, sadly, another Officer had become too lazy in replacement of Fused and had it shutdown. Bring back ARF and give it another chance.
