Captain Manivannan IAS, has been the most effective officer we have ever seen. He was handling Covid-19 situation very well by identifying Volunteer's all over Karnataka and reaching out needy people, helping them through these volunteers called Corona Warriors. It's just not about volunteers, its about captain himself.

Why was he transferred to no man's land? Why was he removed from labor department? Because he did his duties honestly? Because he helped laborers fill their stomach or reach their hometown? Sure Arbail Shivaram Hebbar is responsible for end products, but who was feeding him raw materials? Both DIPR and Labor department worked hand-in-hand and were so effective in reaching out to people and helping them.

We want our Captain back at any cost, at least until Covid-19 situation is over. He has been very effective in handling the situation and he cannot be transferred, just like that, without any prior notice. This is absolutely unacceptable!
