THERE IS A GREAT NEED FOR A PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE OVER THE RAILROAD IN KELSO WASHINGTON. WE HAVE SUFFERED GREAT LOSS FROM THE AMOUNT OF DEATHS  THIS RAIL ROAD HAS CAUSED AND IT IS TIME FOR THIS TO STOP.

ACCORDING TO TDN.COM MAY 2018 STATES,"The BNSF mainline tracks through Cowlitz County handle about 60 trains a day, according to BNSF. Trains travel through the hearts of Kelso, Woodland, Kalama and Winlock. They can travel up to 79 miles per hour, though slower speeds are required in populated areas."

WE HAVE HAD 15 DEATH THIS YEAR ALONE AND IT IS TIME FOR OUR COUNTY OFFICIALS AND THESE RAILROAD COMPANY'S OR SHOULD I SAY WARREN BUFFETT TO BUILD US A PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE IN NORTH KELSO TO CROSS THE TRACKS SAFELY. SO WE MAY ENJOY OUR OUTDOORS PATH TO THE COWLITZ RIVER.
