🗞️La semana pasada, el gobierno federal anunció subvenciones para los ayuntamientos para ayudar la gestión de las colonias felinas. Esta es la segunda ronda de subvenciones, la primera fue el año pasado en 2023. 

🐈Para poder solicitarlas el Ayuntamiento debe tener aprobado y en marcha un programa de gestión ética de colonias felinas. Cosa que obviamente no es el caso del municipio de Conil, y queremos cambiarlo con nuestra petición. 

‼️Esto es otra razón muy importante que el Ayuntamiento de Conil cumpla con sus responsabilidades legales: no sólo por el bienestar de nuestros amigos felinos, sino también para reducir la carga financiera para el presupuesto local. 

💶Ningún Ayuntamiento puede alegar, que no tiene medios económicos para cumplir con sus obligaciones legales. Desde hace más de 1 año han tenido tiempo de poner todo en marcha para poder solicitar estas subvenciones de Madrid.

🗞️Last week the federal government announced subsidies for local councils to assist with the care and management of cat colonies. This is the second round of subsidies, the first round was last year in 2023. 

🐈To be eligible to apply the Town Hall must have a programme for the ethical management of cat colonies approved and in place. Which obviously is not the case for the town of Conil, and we want to change this with our petition.

‼️This is another very important reason for Conil Council to oblige with their legal responsibilities: not only for the wellbeing of our feline friends, but also to reduce the financial burden for the local budget. 

💶No Council can claim, they don’t have the financial means to meet their legal obligations. For more than 1 year now they had the time to put everything in place to qualify for financial support from Madrid.

🗞️Letzte Woche kündigte die Bundesregierung Subventionen für Kommunen für die Pflege und Verwaltung von Katzenkolonien an. Dies ist die zweite Runde von Subventionen, die erste Runde fand letztes Jahr im Jahr 2023 statt. 

🐈Um einen Antrag stellen zu können, muss das Rathaus ein Programm für die ethische Pflege von Katzenkolonien genehmigt und implementiert haben. Das ist bei der Stadt Conil offensichtlich nicht der Fall, was wir mit unserer Petition ändern wollen. 

‼️Dies ist ein weiterer wichtiger Grund für den Stadtrat von Conil, seinen gesetzlichen Verpflichtungen nachzukommen: nicht nur zum Wohle unserer Katzenfreunde, sondern auch, um die finanzielle Belastung für den städtischen Haushalt zu verringern. 

💶Kein Stadtrat kann behaupten, dass er nicht über die finanziellen Mittel verfügt, seinen gesetzlichen Verpflichtungen nachzukommen. Mehr als ein Jahr lang hatten sie nun Zeit, alles vorzubereiten, um sich für finanzielle Unterstützung aus Madrid zu qualifizieren.
