Animal hoarders are one of the issues we mildly encounter, but animal hoarders really exist. Hoarding is one of the mental disorders that fall under the subtype of obsessive-compulsive disorder. Many animals, especially dogs and cats, are rehabilitated in different ways. Animals deserve to have freedom and care, people must be responsible enough to devote time and attention to this issue.
