MIRIAM WAS AWARDED THE QUEZON

MANILA - Miriam Defensor Santiago was awarded the highest civilian honor of the republic this Monday, December 3, 2018 at Malacañang.

This has been made possible by the people who first supported this thrust here on change.org.

May we never forget the brilliance, courage, and dignity that Defensor Santiago has exhibited during her lifetime, and may her examples of academic, professional, and moral excellence stay with the Filipino, most especially, the Filipino youth, forever.

With this award, we can legitimately call Miriam now a hero of our republic.
