House joins Senate in MDS for Quezon Cross.

The Quezon Cross is formally titled "Congressional Quezon Service Cross" for it would not have been possible to award it to someone without the full concurrence of both chambers of Congress - the Senate and the House of Representatives. The House has already formalized its support for our thrust.
