Imagine someone trying to sell you a narrative that the owner always leave their gun on the bar everyday and that Avery always get upset and drunk yet they still always leave the gun on the bar and never call the police on Avery and trust Avery enough to have a gun around him everyday even though he is always getting drunk and mad

Imagine someone trying to sell you a narrative that Avery was beating them up and throwing them into walls and they didnt fight back. Imagine medical experts telling you Avery had only one wound on his body after all that fighting and it was the bullet wound also described as a kill shot by experts under oath

Now imagine someone selling you the narrative that the only wound found on his body is from a gun and we have no way of knowing exactly whose gun it was because law enforcement never retrieved the gun that was used to kill Avery

Imagine if law enforcement could verify those fingerprints from the owner since she touched that gun everyday before leaving it on the bar

Finally imagine if you were a judge with a law degree and years of experience in the judicial system. Imagine if you were the judge that bought what they sold you?

It’s like being sold beach front property in the desert! Have you ever purchased beach front property in the desert?

Me either!

So again, is the judge a complete idiot or is there something seriously wrong with this Stand Your Ground Law?

We submitted an FOIA request (Freedom of Information Act) in the state of SC asking for all of the records in Avery’s case & the law says they have up to 20 working days to complete my request or at least give me a reason for the delay

It’s been 41 working days & no records.
