Ever since COVID-19 started, Avant Gardner, also called Brooklyn Mirage, had cancelled to reschedule their shows up until through May without any refunds and without new dates for many. There are many purchased tickets from customers through a ticketing website called Resident Advisor. Resident Advisor specifically told their customers to get in contact with Avant Gardner about getting tickets refunded, but Resident Advisor is absolutely at fault as well for the tickets sold on their site. After many emails back and forth trying to get a full refund, they said that they will not be refunding any of their customer's money for the COVID-19 rescheduled shows. As mind-blowing as this is, they refuse to do the right thing which leaves many of us as very unhappy customers. If you were to go on their Facebook page, there are many unhappy customers who are experiencing this situation and are demanding for a full refund. No one knows exactly how long this crisis will last, yet they refuse to give back any of their customer's money. 

Avant Gardner, or known as Brooklyn Mirage, and Resident Advisor should refund people's money back for tickets purchased through their websites, along with any other ticketing websites for their shows, even with a rescheduled date. Since there are no actual dates for many of their rescheduled shows written on their website, they should have an option for customers to either keep their tickets for the rescheduled shows or to refund to those who request it. 

Other places are automatically refunding people's money due to COVID-19 and the given circumstances. But Avant Gardner and Resident Advisor on the other hand, are not. Instead, they're stealing their customer's money knowingly during this COVID-19 crisis. They absolutely, without a doubt, do not care about their customers and those who are affected by it. This makes them truly unprofessional with a extremely bad look on them when other venues are handling this situation way better.
