18 cats are CAGED & PADLOCKED by their owner 151 Mei Ling Street, Singapore.

The 18 cats are locked in cages secured with 2 padlocks under makeshift tent which is also a fire hazard.

Some cages have 2 or 3 cats per cage.

These cats have an owner who has been offered help from the cat loving community but all help has been refused.

AVA has investigated found that the cats, are safe &  fed.  This is not enough!

AVA's Code for Pet Owners.

If someone throw lighted cigarette butt nearby and torch up the canvas
The cats will be burnt to death as they cannot escape.
