MYSELF AS WELL AS OTHER YOUNG MOTHERS WOULD LIKE TO WALK ARCOSS THE STAGE AT GRADUATION WITH OUR CHILDREN. Portland Public Schools has provided myself as well as other young mothers the opportunity to go to school and complete our education by providing Day Care at the same campus of our school. We will forever be greatful for this opportunity. However, We request to walk across the stage at graduation with our children Who have gone to school with us and have grown up on the Franklin Marshall Campus. We do not wish to offend anyone by this action and to prove that we are supported by our peers, WE WILL BE PASSING AROUND A PETITION TOMORROW AT SCHOOL. Please show your support. Thank you.
