Hon'ble Supreme Court of India nominated Secretary, Ministry of Urban Development as Nodal Officer of the all State Committees for Slaughter Houses in India but in Haryana, every where animals are being killed with out any rules and regulations, concerned officials are not performing their duties, neither complete lists of illegal meat shop cum slaughter houses are prepared nor crack down, as per orders passed by the court of law.
