Sorry its been a while, i do try to post updates here, i am happy that you are all sharing this petition & signing it. And even the donations to get seen & more signatures. 

I don't have all the answers or even if this will help change the law or even get us help or a services or support. I know there are other autistic adults who are diagnosed very late in life. Be it like me a dual diagnosis or one or the other. I can only say from my own experience & the fight i had with my own local authority. 

We need support & help & not left to navigate the world & re learning of us again. Struggling to adapt, being told your fine & heres nothing available to you.

We need to stop high functioning labels or the latter be it high or low. It needs to be eradicate. As it does harm. The adult social services are very un educated & have no idea. Like they are stuck in the 80s. Everything is limited or non existent, or there is not a community or service available. While many autistics have also mental health too. We get passed to MH services. Who have no idea or clue or educational information. Or we are detained in units.

I have days where i am just exhausted & had enough & don't want to carry on like this, facing battles in every situation. 

Local authorities need to help us, and not by money exchanging. Websites are outdated to only children & barely mention of adults. 

I became an autistic advocate to help others like me in the same situation. I can only do so much. 

And keep raising awareness & this petition.
