Hi all 

I want to share with you , the decision that was made back in 2020 by the ombudsman ( even though i been fighting since 2017 for support. 

I was silenced by my LA, even though in this said link , money shouldn't come into it when i ( us autistics needs support) 

Look on disability news services a similar women went though it too & was silenced by her LA. Becuse care charges are outrageous. 

I only wanted a daycenter 1 month to do a workshop.. and they wanted all my pip ( at the time ) £320 , £78 a week , leaving me with nothing to live on ( ie transport due to crippling social anxiety & also being isolated & on my own. Having pip also helps me go to see art galleries or exhibition be it at the V&A or something. 

Since that decision was made by ombudsman in 2020, i heard nothing at all. 

They ( my LA ) will only help me & support me if i exchanged money. It shouldn't be like that & by law they should help anyway.. even the ombudsman said to in report.

I was silenced with £200 compensation ( absolute joke right) all that fighting i did since 2017 had an impact on my mental health. It nearly killed me.
