Racism is a scourge in Australian society.  Its impact on individuals can be lethal. 

Support former and current Australian Red Cross staff and clients who have:

1.       Experienced racism in Australian Red Cross and/or

2.       Witnessed racism in Australian Red Cross, and/or

3.       Heard stories directly from those impacted by racism in Australian Red Cross

This is racism in all its forms. Blatant racial attacks, covert and overt racism, structural racism, conscious and unconscious bias and discrimination.

Australian Red Cross must launch a thorough, independent investigation into racism in the organisation.  It must investigate the structures which continue to uphold racism.

Australian Red Cross must uphold its fundamental principal of HUMANITY.

Australian Red Cross must be open and transparent with this investigation.  It must support victims of racism during the investigation.

Australian Red Cross must do what is just and right for all those who have suffered racism as staff, members, volunteers or clients in Australian Red Cross.
