The Islamic Ideology does not meet the Australian Taxation Office's criteria to be classified as a "Religious Institution" under the ATO definition of a Religious Institution;

More specifically, the Islamic Institutions do not meet the ATO Religious Institutions criteria because many of the Islamic institutions activities (which are mandated under Islams compulsory Sharia Law), are actually criminal activities under Australian State and Federal Civil laws, i.e.; Polygamy, Pedophilia, Murder (honor killings and Apostate retribution), Extortion (Halal Certification), Subjugation (slavery, denial of freedom, equality for all non-Muslims, deprivation of free speech), Terrorism (indoctrination of children in Islamic schools and part of all Islamic institutions income is mandated to support "Jihad" which is terrorism), and Tax Evasion (Islamic Sharia Banks operating outside the Australian commercial banking and ATO tax regulations).

While the Islamic Ideology continues to operate as a "Religious Institution" every Australian taxpayer is inadvertently financially supporting inhumane, repressive and more importantly, criminal activities.
