Everyone in Australia should get a say in the names of places being changed as it affects them all. It is not democracy or is it fair that names of places are being changed and we don't get to vote on it or get a say in it. You might think this is racist but I do support Aboriginal rights. But it is distruptive to our culture if they keep changing the names of places which already have Australian names. For example, Fraser Island has been renamed K'gari which I find disturbing and ridiculous. Ever since I was born, I've known it as Fraser Island and for it to suddenly be called K'gari to support the Aboriginals is something I cannot agree with. How does it even support them? How does it help them? It doesn't. Please sign this petition to help stop our culture from being distrupted and Australian places names being changed to have Aboriginal names. Let us have a say in these places names being changed.
