Equality.

It is the buzzword of the moment here in Australia, and with good reason.

Australia is one of the last developed countries to afford that right to its citizens. But why?

While Parliament wrings its hands wondering what on earth they should do, there is one thing the Australian people want. Marriage Equality.

A majority of people just want taxpayer money to be spent on other things. They are sick and tired of hearing the back and forth about it. As I heard one person say, "Why should I spend my tax dollars funding these parliamentary meet ups where nothing is achieved?"

And why should we?

It really is a non-issue. We don't need a plebiscite. The will of the people is known.
