The Australian government has decided to forcibly acquire the land that Valvoline Raceway, formerly Parramatta City Raceway, operates on as well as 23 residential properties and 93 commercial business properties for the purpose of the Sydney metro. This is an absolute disgrace, not just for the fact that the government wants to destroy a great part of Australian motorsport history, but also the other homes and businesses who will have absolutely no choice but to give up their properties to the government for the purposes of the Sydney metro. This is an absolute outrage and we cannot stand by and let this happen. Too often this country just lets things like this be, with very few people putting up a fight. This needs to stop, and it needs to stop now.  If the people have a voice and dont just give in like so many do these days we just might be able to save these homes and family businesses and absolutely loved race track  At the very least we can inspire others not to let the Australian government walk all over them, like in other countries they don't just sit back and let it be and complain but never do anything about it. We must fight back, with absolutely everything we have. We cannot let this continue to happen. We need your help, without it no one will listen. Please sign the petition, make your opinions known and stop the Australian government from walking all over us. The Australians have had enough, I have had enough. And this is a good first step as any to make.
