Dean Angus Bell considered one of the worlds worst paedophiles is living near schools and daycares. He is a reoffending paedophile who despite being 25 years old has a large range of predatory offences. How and why does he get to live free? He was considered a high-risk offender last year. 

He resides in Narellan Vale, NSW and is a few hundred metres from a day care centre, primary school & high school! 

Parents, Siblings and decent human beings need to stand up and defend/protect our children from disgusting people like Dean. He is a danger to a happy suburban area. Get this scum out of area of all schools.
