Ban the use of animals in testing.

The issue

Innocent Animals, Dogs, cats, primates etc are STILL used to test toxicity of products from oven cleaners to tobacco, cosmetics and cleaning products with today's sophisticated analysis equipment and the known toxic levels of chemicals these tests should be OBDOLETE.
