Since it has been implemented, the R18+ rating is just a glorified MA15+ rating that just allows more violence, which is the case with recent games that have been given an R18+ rating and those which have been RC (Violence not an issue in both SR4 and State of Decay). These ridiculous decisions made recent just encourage either piracy or importing of the product, both which come at a loss for Australian retailers and the former coming at a cost for developers
