Austin, Texas police department needs a through review of policy & procedures to ensure fair implementation across the board for all citizens. Mike Ramos was shot by Austin Police Officers on 4/24/20 while his hands were up & professing that he was unarmed. However, the APD officers still shot him to death leaving his family with lots of unanswered questions. This senseless police brutality is occurring all over America involving minorities & we demand change now. Minority citizens should not fear the police but rather work cooperatively with police to ensure everyone’s safety. Too many police have killed minorities & very few jurors are willing to carry forth justice for many grieving family members.
