Four Points traffic is at its breaking point.  We can't afford to have a new low-income housing development further clog our bumper to bumper traffic at the River Place and 2222 intersection.

Public safety is a key concern for Four Points residents.  We have already had many dangerous and even fatal accidents at or near this intersection in recent years.  We cannot afford to further strain our existing roadways, especially with so many young drivers on 2222 near Vandegrift High School. 

With few sidewalks and no reliable public transportation in Four Points, we simply do not have the infrastructure to support this housing development in our community.

Cardinal Point would be a further strain on our schools, classroom sizes, after school programs, buses, and so forth. 

Cardinal Point is not a reasonable fit for Four Points.  Let's make sure our representatives on Austin City Council know how we feel about it.
