The Pennsylvania Judicial Conduct Board was formed by a deceptive voter referendum in 1993. The public was never informed the Board would operate in secrecy, conceal judicial complaints and allow one person, the Chief Counsel, to vet all complaints. Even in the wake of the Kids for Cash scandal, when the Chief Counsel was removed for covering up those crimes, and then Porngate where the new Chief Counsel tried to cover up for a Supreme Court Justice, and even after the  Interbranch Commission strongly recommended report cards be issued before people vote to retain judges, the Board continues to thumb its nose at the citizens. There have been multiple murders, suicides, bankruptcies and foreclosures caused by judges who have zero oversight. They have been allowed to commit crimes  to pad their own pockets, making the Family Court in a $2 billion a year cash cow,   because the Board is nothing but a sham. It is time to see the complaints that were dismissed that are related to these murders, suicides, foreclosures and all the other despicable behavior that has been a plague on Pennsylvania for decades, because of a  virtual crime syndicate controlling the Courts.
