I wanted to share an important update regarding the petition. Our concerns have officially made the news, and Duke Energy has responded. As a result of the growing attention and community support, Duke has scheduled an open meeting on March 30th to address the concerns being raised.

At this time, the exact location of the meeting has not yet been confirmed, but the fact that this conversation is now happening publicly shows that we are getting closer to real change.
